That's true, and the way metabolism works, if you exercise a lot and eat
insufficient points, the net result is the same as crash dieting ie.
Your metabolic rate drops to compensate, you lose muscle and at the end
of it you're hungrier than ever and less able to burn calories.


This makes sense to me. I think I'll take a wait-and-see attitude. I
haven't been back at it long enough to form a solid opinion where
exercise is concerned. So far - I haven't been hungry when I'm
following the plan properly.
