AWESOME!!

Before I gained a massive amount of weight (due to pregnancy and

undiagnosed
IR, followed by being a WFFID for far too long) I was a size 8-12,

depending on
brand, cut and what I had been eating (I was always fighting 10-15 pounds

it
seems). So I had my size 22s, and then clothes half that size. Since I
exploded, rather than slowly gained, I didn't have sizes in between, and

have
been buying the very minimum to get buy as I go down. I bought the minimum

when
I was obese too, I didn't see the point in spending more money to look bad
anyway. Sadly, in a fit of rage and hopelessness a year ago, I threw away

damn
near everything I had in smaller sizes. But some stuff that had been boxed

up
in the garage had survived the plunder. I've pulled a few things out,

mostly
tops that had been big, which fit fine now. But today I decided to take

the
plunge and see how the bottoms fit. With my shape, the bottoms are much

less
forgiving than the tops. I figured they wouldn't fit, but I could see how

close
they are at least. Well, I'll be damned if 1/2 of them DID fit. Mostly

size 12
or 11/12, in a few different brands. And some medium tops too! Size "M"

wow.
It's all a little bit more snug than I remember, but that's temporary! I

was so
happy I took a picture of myself in the mirror, LOL! It's on my link, I

think
it looks the same as the one I took in June at about 185, BUT, I was

wearing a
black top and dark pants there. (which hang off me now) The new pic is in

light
bright colors, no camouflage! LOL! It's nice to be fitting back into "my"
clothes now.

Food is so boring to me now, I just eat whatever is easy. An Atkins shake, a
hamburger, salad, handful of nuts, whatever. (the shakes are the only faux-food
I use) I eat when I'm hungry, and stop when I'm not. Some days I don't eat
much, but I don't stress because the next day I'll make up for it. I have yet
to count calories, and try to eat as much fat and drink as much water as
possible. The fact that food isn't on my mind 24/7 anymore is astonishing to
me! All my life, even before I got obese, food was SO important. Now it's just
stuff that tastes good and keeps me running. No more, no less. If somebody had
told me a year ago I would ever be like this, I would have never, EVER believed
it!
