You have no idea what shape and tone means. The Firm took your money, so now
you want to spread the joy.

The fitness models on the videos suckered you, and now you think you're an
expert.

Your advice sucks.

Pardon me for trying to give someone a little bit of advice. I workout
every day using the Firm system. The ladies on these videos would blow

you
fat heads out of the water. Yes muscle is denser then fat. Sculpt means

to
shape and tone you idiot. You can lift as much weight as you want and tone
the muscle mass underneath the fat, but if you don't do the proper amount

of
cardio exercise and watch food intake with the toning, you will never see
the muscle definition under the fat. I was just trying to help Luna with
her problem. I will never offer my help to anyone else on this board.

Some
support system you are.

I suggest if you don't know what you are speaking of, to just shut up!

I don't think so. Wouldn't that be "carving"? "Sculpting" is done with a
hammer and chisel, and would probably require rock-hard muscle. Whaddya
say, JC?

I could be wrong here, but I think I remember reading somewhere that
different types of exercise will give you differently shaped muscles. Like
the differences between swimmers' legs and soccer players' legs, for

The shape of your muscles are genetic determined -- actually its the
length of your tendons, their insertion points, determine how "peaked"
or round looking the shape of your muscles are. However you can
develop some muscles more than others by working some muscles more
than others -- you often see young misguided guys who look odd
because they only bench press and/or do bicep curls.

I have only 3 flaws. My first flaw is thinking that I only have 3 flaws.
Michelle,
This is what works for me. I eat lots of food. But the foods I eat have helped me to lose 58 lbs in 11 weeks. Foods high in carbs (Potatoes, rice, beans, cereal, oatmeal, grains) and lots of veggies and fruits. If you restrict your diet (particularly your sodium intake) to these kinds of foods, the weight will come off. Don't skip meals or reduce the amount of food your body needs to lose weight. Remember, if you don't eat enough food, your body will not burn up those "fat" cells. Your body is not stupid. If you don't give it the food that it needs to run its machine, it holds onto the "fat" cells as a protective mechanism. Just eat the right kinds of food and limit your sodium intake to 500mgs of sodium a day. Good luck!

You are doing it all wrong. What you need to eat is HIGH HIGH protein foods like protein shakes and lean bonless chicken. Eat ver low carb and fat foods. I dont know how much you way but lets say you want to lose 20 pounds, what you should do is split your diet for a goal of 6 weeks. for the first six weeks eat all the protein you can and do cardio like running walking biking etc. then after the first three weeks are up start doing mild cardio and toning only weight lifting. You will see what I just told you will wip your ass into shape. Comment me back when it works. STICK TO IT. you can do

P.s. listen to music when u do this. its gunna distract you
