Day one toward goal !
Ok, it's only morning, but I'm overloaded with paperwork and working at the

Great job !
Had a good work out day yesterday but a bad food day. But instead of just ignoring the whole thing I sat down and figured what went wrong.. and rewarded myself for the work out ! Everybody struggles sometimes, as leaders we're supposed to be "perfect"..
and that's a ridiculous idea. I'm at a healthy weight for my height, and I am at my WW goal.. I'm maintaining nicely there.. I wanna go down further... and yup I'm struggeling.. The difference between a leader and a member (though leaders ARE members) is that we probably know the program a little better.. and know a few tricks or two more cause we stand in front of about 10 meetings/week. But Weight loss / maintenance is not so much about knowing the program, but about keeping oneself in control and about "stick-to-it-iveness", it's about planning ahead and keeping aware, those things don't come with knowledge, they come with practice and determination.. There's two main disadvantage about being staff : 1- we work at all meal hours.. morning, noon and dinner time.. so you gotta plan around that.. and 2 - You get so tired of talking about and hearing about the program that sometimes the last thing you wanna do when you get home is to plan your own week OP..
