Ugh, very bad weigh-in
Not a nice weigh-in this week. My evil is saying that I'm up 2 kilos,
4.4 lbs, from 2 weeks ago. It said I was up 1 kilo last week which I found hard to believe because I'd been on program all week and exercising. I also think I'm spending a few too many of my points on not so good food.
