Default induction day 12

Program: Atkins Induction

Day 01: ~250 lbs. (113kg)
Day 06: 242
Day 10: 239.5
Day 11: 238.5
Day 12: 241.5 ???

All weights are based on a morning weigh in. I'm sure this increase in
weight is normal? I'm sure it is; just a little disconcerting.

Haven't had any sugar. Leg cramps are gone (I think it was a leg
strain from the gym, not cramps and had nothing to do with the diet).

Keeping carbs below 20 ... my only source of carbs is vegetables and
cheese.

I may be overdoing it on the cheese a bit ... I love cheese, and it's
like the only "reward" food available at the moment.

Looks like water retention, there's no way you could have eaten 4500
calories too much in one day. Well, I suppose you could but you'd
have noticed yourself doing it. Could be too much salt from the
cheese, I suppose, but I'm sure it'll equal itself out. Just keep on
doing what you're doing, weight is never the same two days running.
Alternatively, if your weight jumping around is gong to disconcert
you, weigh only once a week.

That weight differential could simply be that you're hold stuff inside --
poop and water, etc. Don't sweat it. Don't get too freaked over daily
weight changes -- what goes on in your body is not easily predicted.
Basically, just keep doing what you're doing, and you might want to go a bit
easier on the cheese, depending on how much of it you're really eating.

Steve, that looks about right to me! My first week I lost 12 pounds, second
week 4, then the 3rd 6 I'm on my 4th week as we speak. Just keep doing what
your doing and try not to listen to any of the morons on here such as our
LOVELY but LONELY friend "JC..." and you will do fine.

Try eating less and doing some exercise.

hon exactly how much do YOU weigh? You really need to get rid of that TIRED
and BORING signature of yours. I bet your one of the fattest bitches on
here, getting no results so you come here expressing your foul, tasteless
energy onto others so you can feel better about being the role model for the
good year blimp.

again, your a loser!

Steve,
You are doing great. I had the same thing. Lost 8 lbs my first week, then
second week kind of fluctuated, couldn't get a definite number off the
scale. When it goes up like that, I noticed it usually dropped off and more
a few days later.
