Default Atkins One Week In !

Congrats, Gary. Keep up the good work ..... I am re-entering induction
myself after a bit of backsliding; your encouraging note has been a real
motivator.

I have eaten better evening meals than I have in a long time, as the week
went on I have felt better and better, no adverse effects, perhaps a bit
light headed this morning, but worked through that.

Sticking rigidly to Induction, churn out a nice purple stick :-)

Its been easier than I thought it would, first diet I have been on that I
have not craved food, load up with plenty low carb snacks for the day at
work, and end up bringing some home.

Even started walking with a spring in my step today, and seem to have more
energy in the evenings than I have had in a long time (I usually end up
fighting to stay awake in the evening with these early starts at work)

So thats it...off and running, got a lot of weight to lose, and 48 years of
bad eating (and maybe drinking habits) to change. ...but I do believe I have
taken the first faltering steps.

TO BE CONTINUED !

Gary
