Added more weight

It's when you delete the groups and web sites, put away the materials, trackers etc. and get into that I don't care frame of mind, that things will work out. I have been struggling with a small weight gain since the spring. It's not huge but for each trip, a pound or two would appear. I know better than to think it will magically disappear so I start each day with exercise, try to stick to the meals I know will work for me and simply try to do my best. All weight gains can be struggles whether they are one or one hundred pounds. If you mind isn't focused, it's really hard work. Audrey |
