Default Another pound gone!

WI today. Thought I probably gained, but I lost 1 pound! That makes 13.4
gone, gone, gone!

Bought Tanita scales Monday. Weighed just before I left for WW. My scales
weigh 1 # heavier than the WW's scales.

I'll now keep track of my weight at home on my scales instead of driving
into Caldwell to meetings.

Also, went to Yoga class today, and now I have to drive back into Caldwell
to get my teeth cleaned. What a day! WW, Yoga and the dentist!

Congrats on that loss. Have fun with your self-weighins. I find my
tanita very accurate.

Of course, I only have ONE scale and you seem to have SCALES (G) I
notice others use the plural, too. I presume that is from what they
were a balance between the two pans.

Fred

I looked at the box my scale(s) came in - it does say scale! I've called
them scales all my life & I suppose that's why they were called that from
the old-fashioned kind with the balancing sides!

The appt was just for cleaning. But, I did get to meet our new dentist (my
old dentist who I've gone to for 23 years just retired). He doesn't look
old enough to be in college, let alone be a practicing dentist! Showing my
age here, I'm sure!

Default Scale Another pound gone!

I was just picking on you gently since I have noticed others doing it,
too. Yes, I imagine it was scaleS more properly, at least, at one
time.
