Default week 194

I lost .2 that is in the right direction so on its own I am pleased, when
you consider that we went to the drive in on Friday night, a 70 mile round
trip and I sat in the car for five hours it is even better. I don't have a
weight goal this week, just the goal to eat my good fats every day, Lee

Lee, I'm glad you are going down again. That traveling can really be
tough. It always makes me bloated.

in the car is a guaranteed bloat for me. Yesterday we were driving in the
car for about 8 hours, we went and met my DF to have the going away party
for her husband, it was very sweet, Lee
