Default Attraction of Food

What is the nature of the incredibly strong attraction that overweight
people have to food?

Despite knowing that overeating is shortening their lives, reducing their
mobility and making them look bad and feel inferior, they continue to
overeat. Why?

Many people have been WW members for years and are still overweight because
they continue to overeat. Why?

Overweight people tend to hate the way they look and feel. Despite this,
they continue in the behavior that keeps them fat. Why?

The answer is very simple - it's that they continue to want the foods that
are bad for them. High-calorie, low-nutrition stuff that doesn't occur in
nature and never even existed until fairly recently in human history.
Wanting this stuff is an acquired habit that can be UNLEARNED! But only by
those strong enough and sufficiently motivated.

If your own life isn't sufficient motivation, what is?

WW teaches that these foods are treats to be doled out sparingly as rewards.
We all know that's stupid, and it's keeping WW members in the system, fat
and paying.

Stop being controlled by food and diet plans, and take control of your life!
