week 2
Last week I GAINED it... But this week I managed to lose those 1.5
pounds. I know it's not much but I'm happy enough with that! I know from working out I am definelty getting more toned, I think that's part of my scale problem, I see the results physically and it's not registering on the scale. So my solution, yes I will continue to montitor the scale just for psychological purposes, but I will gage more of my results by the fit of my clothes. I have wonderful things I'm dying to fit back into!!!! |
