Default Week Three is a NSV Week

Went to my meeting and was up a smidge (.6) but I don't mind. I know
this week I exercised more, ate right every single day, and tracked
every morsel. The rest will catch up!

Now to spend my 35 points all in one shot this week on birthday cake
and ice cream. Happy Bday to me!

Yes - some weeks are like that. Did you check the tape measure?
