Ralph, that changed my day. I was fixing lunch and going to have sweet
potato soup and a chicken breast. I decided to way the chicken. It was 4.2 ounces so I cut off half and had carrots instead. The rest of the day I was very focused and the result is a loss on my scale this morning. Audrey |

Carbs, esp simple carbs, are often my downfall so I am encouraged by your example. |
