Default Weigh in and the day after

Thanks Mary. This week has been much better choice wise. I am seeing a
drop on my scale so I am looking forward to my next weigh in. No real
exercise just walking, I am not allowed back in the weight room yet,
and can't do any serious cardio either. So gentle walking it is for
now.

That really wasn't so bad of a weight gain in my eyes -- but you are very smart to
catch it now. Looks like you are doing terrific on exercise too. I am pulling for
you, Michelle!

Well I finally went for my weigh in yesterday, as I thought I was up
2.6kg 5 3/4 lbs :-( this in just 6 weeks. SO I am back to journaling
and weaning myself off the points down to a weigh loss level. Todays
goal 23 points so far 22.5. Not bad for 3 meals and 2 snacks. ( B:
Muesli with peach banana and skim milk, Sn: peach and a milky coffee,
L: polenta with grated cheese and salad w o dressing milky coffee, Sn:
low fat milk rice, D: stir fry w pasta chicken and veg) My goal is
reduce by one point a day until I have my 18 points which I used to
have during the weight loss period.(European system) Got to get used
to lower points slowly but will stop if weight loss is too quick. My
Pedeometer was showing 11000 steps before I accidently hit the reset
button still 2 hours before bed too. Not to sure how many activity
points I think with 11000+ steps I will give myself 1 point. It feels
good to be back on track. I think I will save my 1.5 point towards
the weekend. Now the plan for tomorrow is 22 points.
