Default product reccomendation,

Lee, I think this is one of the keys to success on WW. It's the quality
and taste of the product. At my weekly meeting several of us have been
sharing products to determine which ones we like best. I'm trying to
stick with 22-24 points daily so I don't want to eat things I think
taste bad.

Dear Stormmee
I ran into your message quite accidentally while researching about
some details on 'Low Carb Diets' and thought of sharing some of my
findings.
I've read at 'http://www.medical-health-care-information.com/Health-
living/crab-diets/index.asp'
that Dieting! You hate it right? Use our tips to make it easier.
1) Limit carbohydrates to no more than 10 percent of your daily
calorie intake.
2) Eat only allowed foods.
3) Eat NO foods that contain sugar or white flour.
4) Be aware of "hidden" sugars and carbohydrates.
5) Cut out caffeine.
6) Take fiber supplements.
7) Take vitamin and mineral supplements.
8) Drink LOTS of water.
9) See your healthcare professional before starting any diet.
I hope the above is of some help to you as well. Regards, Sherrybove

Default product reccomendation,

the key to me is to feel like I ate quality food, my weakness is fat not
salt or sweets like many others so I eat better naturally but if I don't
feel like I got my bang for the point I get to feeling deprived, Lee
