Default 1 week update for me

Well, last week I was 254 lbs and today I am down to 151.6. I have been
drinking a lots of water, that really keeps you full. Now, I will be
going for my 1 hour walk around the lake. I must say that seeing my
kids to eat things I don't need, it is very tempting to grab too. I am
not very strong, when my little one brings me a candy to share with, but
I must say that my results on the scale makes me more encouraging to
limit myself.

That's one heck-of-a weight loss for a week, BridgetG I see your actual
loss in your sig line but couldn't help but notice the typo.

Congrats on a good start. One thing you might want to consider is steering
the kids toward healthy snacks, too. It's never to early to teach them.

This is really great when it works well. A double edged sword
though, when the scale refuses to budge. But I'm on the same high
today.

That's great Bridget! It's very encouraging when the scale goes down.
Keeps you going!
