Are you journaling? That's always the key for me: write down EVERY
SINGLE bite and every minute of exercise, and see what you are doing:
then you know what to adjust.

It may not be the amount but WHAT you eat that makes the difference...

Sure you can...You just need to begin now...You can do whatever you
want...It's kind of like an early plane flight...You may be tired and rushed
but you must arrive on time...So just do it...The journey has many
curves...Go for it...GG

You took the first step when you posted this message. I agree with Kate
that the best way to get back on board is to journal. It can simply be
on a piece of paper or spiral notebook or a fancier tracker etc. but the
main thing is just to take one day at a time to be accountable to
yourself. If you can say I made it through x hours on track, not even
an entire day, it will encourage you. It's hard but it's the best way
to reevaluate what isn't working for you and how to fix it.

We've all been there.... some more than others!!! *G*

but I'm sending you good words to tell yourself daily and it won't matter if
you lose or gain, you'll manage well enough and the weight will come off as
a bonus...

the words are... and you HAVE to say them...

"I am awesome!"...

simply because you are... now you have to beleive it yourself...

sending good spunky spirits your way...

Commit to doing one thing differently this week!.. don't overwhealm yourself
with trying to be perfect about everything because you know you are setting
yourself up for the fall if you do that--

decide on one thing (water? walking? tracking? portion size?) and stick to
it for the week!..
next week you can try to add something additional-
GOOD LUCK!
