Default The Decluttering Of Me

Fat clutter is the worst kind of clutter. It goes with you where ever you
go.
As I work on the decluttering of my home, it is just as important to
declutter me. In my life, they go hand in hand.

Congratulations. I'm working on the same project. I know how hard it is.

wonderful progress and you have been going long enough that you are seeing a
pattern, this doesn't make it easier on the weeks you gain but it is another
part of the information so you can see it is a pattern issue and not
necessarily anything you did wrong, and it can also remind you to be extra
careful on an up week part of the cycle, Lee

Hats off. I am actyally trying to GAIN a few lbs. right now - but I
can understand
how tough it is to lose. I understand that slow and steady is the
way to keep it off.

I'll post that chocolate pudding recipe soon.
