Did you observe one thing in this ,that the fear and phobia is seen in all the symptoms.I mean to say that it is a phobia more than the actual reason that it can be happened with you.So be strong.

The lack of feeling over weight even though that person is skinny. Rarely want to eat, sometimes drinks mostly water.Over exercise, and start to realize that person is losing a lot a weight, in a quick amount of time. Or if they eat a lot, and go to the restroom after every meal, they tend to throw it up.

The reason I know this it's because I had a younger sister with this problem, sometimes it occurs for the feeling of control, which makes a point, they can't control the things around them, so they tend to do it in something that they can, like what they eat, and in a commonly known one for other females is pressured to be thin, and beautiful.

If you have anorexia or bulimia you'll notice these things:

1. Dramatic weight loss in a relatively short period of time.
2. Wearing big or baggy clothes or dressing in layers to hide body shape and/or weight loss.
3. Obsession with weight and complaining of weight problems.
4. Obsession with continuous exercise.
