I lost 1lb at wi last night.......I was kind of disappointed, cuz I
thought it would be more but I'll take just one. I know it doesn't
come off overnight.......but it'll sure go on that way. I promise to
be better at tracking this week,

That's a very nice weight loss. The healthy rate of loss is between 1/2 and
2 pounds per week so you are right in there.

Thanks, at least I'm on my way to my 5%(11lbs)......that seems easier
than the whole 10%! I've said this time that I would only aim to lose
5 lbs a month, rather than a higher number and be disappointed. I have
tracked eerything so far for Friday and today. I ate out for lunch
yesterday( 7" pizza pepperoni), and had the chicken bacon and swiss
from Arby's last night and I didn't spend as many points as I thought
it would be. So maybe I'm not as bad as I thought!
