Hoods Non-fat (red carton) just showed up in local store yesterday. Now we
have 3; NF, 2%, and 2% Chocolate.

Before Hoods (2%) I used Soy Silk Unsweetened. It still had too much
sugar and wasn't good for things like pudding.

We don't get Hood milk in Canada so I can't comment on it, but I just
started using unflavoured soy milk the other day. The brand I got is "So
Nice" and it's only ingredients are filtered water and soy beans. No
sweeteners, etc. It has 2g net carbs per cup. I don't drink it plain, I
put it in my morning smoothie or use it in recipes calling for regular
milk.

Another alternative is to make your own soya milk. Some people use a
muslin cloth to separate the bits and liquid, others use a soya milk
maker machine. The cleaning of the machine, however, takes a good
half hour because the bits get stuck in the metal cup that do the
separation. Oh well it's just my experience, others might be more
competent in cleaning soya milk makers and would possibly take less
time than me...
