'ol's.

Better get some 'plain' yogurt with nothing added and add whatever you
like. Plain whole milk yogurt would be good; and you can add some cream or
sour cream (again check for additives).

I can't say for sure, but I don't think this stuff has any SAs in it. I've
had it on a few occasions, and I noticed no problems. Unfortunately, I
can't remember the brand name of it. But I agree, it is has SAs it should
be avoid by someone with the flu, imo.

I've never seen a yogurt with "ols" in it, they are used in things like bars
to assist with the texture.
