Default Weekend 6-23/24

Great weekend...Walked 11 miles each day...Breakfast was a cup of 4 grain
hot cereal with a light and fit smoothie...Lunch on Saturday was a turkey
6'' sub from subway...Dinner was Salad and a hamburger made from scratch
followed by a WW fudge bar and some walnuts...Lunch on Sunday was some
hummus with carrots and cucumbers and a nectarine...Dinner was a crab salad
made from scratch with all kinds of vegetables...Followed by a skinny cow
chocolate cone and popcorn...Plenty of water both...It was a great
weekend...GG

Default Weekend 6-23/24

Friday was a bad day, and saturday, though better, was still difficult...
Probably TMI, but the hormonal thing is going from being annoying to really
being a problem.. so I'm looking into a natural solution.. or something..

Things got better sunday though, I didn't track (I'm doing core, don't track
all the time) but I ate well and didn't eat too much non core food (about 5
pts worth)

Today I worked out this morning, was subbing this morning and am now home. I
plan to go for a walk with the doggie when things cool off (it's hot
today!!!)

I got 2 APs but already got 3 WPA down!! I have dinner ready and/or
marinating. Chicken indian skewers, bulgur, salad all core!

So, things are getting better but I definitively have to figure this one
out.
