Default HHH & NYNY -- briezee

HHH for weekending 16 November 2003: exercised 6 times
NYNY for weekending 16 November 2003: down 0.5 pounds to 190.5.

Stats are good (my inch loss was really good this week, too), but I'm
feeling horrible. Not hyper all right now, for once with this mess looming:
Work just kicked in to major overdrive and suer-stress city. T-O-M is due
tomorrow. My coworkers have the flu and I am slightly sick. I've had a minor
migraine since Sunday night and the only stuff that doesn't make me queasy
is not exactly low point.

Have a good week, all. (Here's hoping that I'm back to my normal hyper self
next week.)

Sounds like you're in for a busy week, hope it goes okay. Don't get too

Hope your feeling better Briezee!! That flu is a killer--it's going around
our school district, one school had over 100 students gone, we had over 60
gone and another had over 70 gone--it's not fun!!

I do hope you're feeling better now Briezee. Whenever I'm sick I feed
myself what I want and deal with the consequences later. There's nothing
worse than trying to force "healthy" stuff down just because you think you
should. I hope you're back to your normal self next week!
