Default GOAL with a whoosh of 3.75lbs

GOAL with a whoosh of 3.75lbs YIPPEH I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well with less than 1 kg to go I figured I could make goal this week
if I was really really really good. And what happened, I whooshed
right past it. A massive 1.7 kg down(3.75lbs) takes me past my goal of
61kg (134lbs) I am now a mere 60.2kg (132.4) , already working on my
winter clothes tolerance ( funny as we are heading into spring).mmmmm
Now what happens next? I am worried about maintance, been there down
that and failed miserably. According to WW I have to increase what I
eat slowly until I find a level that maintains. So here I go, I have
been on diet after diet in the last 11 years but this is the first
time I have really succeeded in making my goal. Usually I get almost
there and think near enough is good enough and then proceed to put the
weight back on.

Just keep track of what you're eating and an eye on your weight and I
think you'll be fine. Remember, most people fluctuate by around five
pounds due to water, illness, gravity, whatever. ;-) So if you see
yourself creeping past that, it's time to cut back again. You'll do
great, I believe in you...

Congratulations, Michelle! That's a great accomplishment!

Be sure to keep participating in the group as you enter maintenance.
As you've noted, it's easy to slip back if you're not careful. But I
know you can do it. (And I read in your other note about buying the
motorcycle suit if you maintain for 6 months -- great plan!)

Yay Michelle! That's just wonderful.

Maintenance is interesting for awhile and then gets a little boring - but
it *is* the whole point, no? You won't really be eating much different
than when in diet mode. Hopefully it feels normal now.

Remember - Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

I still have animber of figure faults so dont feel up to pictures yet.
My maintance plan in the 6 week adjustment period with WW, slightly
increasing what I eat over the next 6 weeks until I find the amount
than i need to maintance, exercise I will continue with my ex bike in
the mornings and the weights 1 or 2 a week.
Thanks for the congrats

Hooray, congratulations.

Now is the time for taking photographs (revealing your new figure),
and reporting how much better you feel, if that is the case.

I am very happy for you. You are in the minority of people.

What are your maintenance plans?
