Anyone near me region that buy LC stuff at super market.
cause it seems i cant find lotsa stuff. i would like to vary my shopping. cause i always get the same stuff.

If yo uare using "super market" in a general sense of the words then I
would suggest going to the SuperCentres or Zehrs, etc. Any of the superStore ( called here in NS ) are where I find the Atkin's products. Hi there,
I've just recently found low carb ice cream and popsicles (Chapmans) at the Loblaw's on Baseline right by Algonquin College (yeah me!). They also have different kinds of protein powder in both the health food section and the pharmacy. There's a 0 carb variety in the pharmacy section on the top shelf. And the Atkins bars were on sale $30.00/box the last couple of weeks. The coconut is to die for and only 2 grams per bar! Yeah! I found it hard to find things when I first started, but it's been a few months now, and I'm getting better at knowing what to look for. Good luck!
