Yesterday I made a day trip to city and stopped at a popular fast food est.
I had the southwest chicken salad. It was had beans, corn and parmesan(sp?) I
thought it was the best choice from the menu. as it turns out it was higher
in points than a super taco. go figure. The salad turned out to be 17 points
with my breakfast of 3 6oz yogurts that was my point target for the day. I
my glad I went to the web page for @ck in the @ox to figure the points. I
made it with out any more points but it was tough.
Weigh in today in 3 hours. Looks ok right now for a loss

Great job on staying OP, it must have been tough. Wow, a 17 point salad... I
bet you 'll check the website before choosing something next time you have
fastfood! Good luck at weigh-in,

Was that point value counting the dressing too? You probably could ask
for light dressing next time, the dressing is always the worst part of
salads.

I always ask for the dressing on the side and put as little as I possibly
can. 1 or 2 TBS is enough for me not the ounce or 2 that are included with
the salad.

The vinaigrette was a point per packet. What I did was open the packet and
dip my fork into it. Vegetables taste better to me sometimes with just a few
dips per salad

What else was in the salad to make it 17 points if it was not from the
dressing. What fast food place?
