Default 6th day back

I have been doing pretty well getting back on track. I did have a piece of
birthday cake on Thursday, but no beer at all since I started. I weighed
myself this morning. It wasn't all that bad, but not where I want to be.
Numbers below. I don't think this week will be a problem to stay on target.
The weekend will be tough of course, but I think I am going to stay strict
until I get back to where I need to be.

The exercise is right back on track as well. I rode 60 miles yesterday and
road around a little today and ran a couple of miles. Hope to keep it up
until I get down to 180.

Thanks for the support.
Curt

I'm glad you're back in charge. :-) If it helps, you might consider
staying
away from the normal situations that result in you giving up control.
That'd give you time to allow the associations to weaken a bit.

Take care,
Carmen

Great work! Not where you want to be, but headed in the right
direction. This is good!

Cool. Good to hear that you've been doing exercise and not taking any
beer. It's now 7th day and counting... and only 9 lbs from goal.
