Default Help with soda habit

I've been a soda junkie all my life (I don't have a taste for diet
sodas). More recently however, I've been spitting the soda out instead
of swallowing it. I know it's not too healthy, especially for the teeth
and/or gums to chew and spit out food, but is this acceptable for sodas
or other sweetened beverages?

TRY to make the switch to diet. I never liked the taste of diet soda either
but I drank it for a week and now I find it JUST AS GOOD as regular. That
diet soda taste that you get when you take a sip of diet disappears! Really,
it's one of the best things I've done switching to diet. Plus the calorie
benefits are staggering. Work out how many cans of diet soda equals one can
of regular soda.

Just get through those first few days and you'll find you can KEEP your soda
habit.

I think this is adorable. What a great idea! The soda makers are going
to love it. Maybe we can turn it into a fad, what do you think? We can
get the soda suppliers to underwrite putting spittoons in every doorway,
and make it cool to spit soda, sort of like smoking. A little tooth
decay? Who cares, you're going to live forever!
