HI, I can relate, first drink a big 8 0z. of water, then make some lowfat,lowsalt popcorn and eat that and it will expand with water and fill you up. Also,watermelon, but it does have quite a few calories in it, if you like cherries those are good,only 2 cals.each, carrots, but the first choice is water and popcorn.goodluck
