Default Weight fluctuations

I had a bad week... due to lots to do at work and stress and just plain
sickofitiveness...

Anyway.. I have been WI ing myself several time this week and now know why I
don't do that anymore..

Sunday 137 lbs
Tuesday 140
Wednesday 141
This morning 138

So.. all in all I'm up one lbs.. if even that cause I might be lower still
on my WI day (sunday)

Ain't that crazy? I always WI first thing in the morning after doing my
thing but before any breakfast/coffee/water..

On the other side of the coin.. I've noticed that my arms and shoulders are
definitively building up from weight lifting.. so are my legs.. so I might
revise my personal goal from 125 to 130lbs.. and will stop adding on more
lbs and will do more reps.. I don't want to build up too much..

In the last year I've lost only 12 lbs... but I've thinned out a LOT.. so
I'm thinking 10 lbs down is the lowest I want to go.

What is really cool about this is that it's never over !

Will~

I though one of the big no nos was about weighing oneself daily.

Glad to see that I am not the only one

Default Weight fluctuations

My friend at meetings was up 4 pounds last week and this week it showed
she lost 5. Body weight just fluctuates. She had been at goal for 15
months so she new something was wrong with the 5 pound gain.
At our meeting a man made goal but he wants to get back to weightlifting
so he is trying how to figure out what his ideal weight should be. A
really nice thing he is doing is having his nephew come to meetings and
then he reimburses him when the nephew shows him the book to show he has
attended. He didn't want to pre-pay for the boy and then have the boy
not go.

Not sure if it's "really cool" that's it's never over but I certainly agree
this is something I must do the rest of my life...I also notice unusual
weight fluctuations during the week...My WI is at 6 PM so I lose the morning
benefit but I guess it all equals out in the end...I've lost 16'' in my
waist (granted the first 40lbs was due to illness but) I have never felt
better in my adult life...GG

It is a big nono.. for the reasons that are showing in my post.. your weight
just fluctuates too much for it to be reasonable.. that is in general, I
know some people who don't fluctuates much and do very well with WI every
day.. I'm not one of them.. drives me insane..

I think it is cool in the sense that it never becomes monotonous.. If it was
just "I got to eat this and that for the rest of my life" It would be
disastrous (and I'd be way over 600 lbs by now)

but it's not that.. it's discovering new things, new foods new exercise,
things that used to work don't anymore O-O things that used to not work do!

Woooaahh.. it's learning experimenting continually... that's the fun part of
it I think!
