Default Weight fluctuations

Hey Willow, if you're working at a club, maybe they have a machine that you
stand on with your bear feet and it will tell you your body percentage of
fat and muscle........perhaps you've gained muscle and lost body fat at the
same time. Unfortunately, if you didn't establish a baseline when you
started working out, it would be difficult to tell.

One thing I can tell you is this........Be proud! Be encouraged by the fact
that you've THINNED OUT - A LOT!!!......ask yourself how you
feel?............these are the things that are important!

Stop weighing yourself everyday and do it only once a
week...........fluctuations in weight are daily occurrences. If you see
your scale continue to go up on weekly basis, well that's another story.

I had a bad week... due to lots to do at work and stress and just plain
sickofitiveness...

Anyway.. I have been WI ing myself several time this week and now know why I
don't do that anymore..

Sunday 137 lbs
Tuesday 140
Wednesday 141
This morning 138

So.. all in all I'm up one lbs.. if even that cause I might be lower still
on my WI day (sunday)

Ain't that crazy? I always WI first thing in the morning after doing my
thing but before any breakfast/coffee/water..

On the other side of the coin.. I've noticed that my arms and shoulders are
definitively building up from weight lifting.. so are my legs.. so I might
revise my personal goal from 125 to 130lbs.. and will stop adding on more
lbs and will do more reps.. I don't want to build up too much..

In the last year I've lost only 12 lbs... but I've thinned out a LOT.. so
I'm thinking 10 lbs down is the lowest I want to go.

What is really cool about this is that it's never over !

Will~
