Food & Workout Log 10.31.07
Breakfast: 2 small waffles, sugar free, low-cal syrup cal-
250 Lunch: bowl of broccoli cheese soup, small baked potato and small salad w/ low fat ranch dressing cal- 400 Dinner: egg salad sandwich, a few lays chips, 1 fig newton. green tea Halloween candy of my son's- half a small Almond Joy, half a Milky Way, 1 whopper, 1 Reese's cup cal- 700 Total Cals- 1350 No time for workout today, but I walked trick-or-treating. I would say I walked a mile. |
