Default Food & Exercise -- 11/2/2007

Spent the day at the wine conference. Went to breakfast, two morning
sessions, lunch, another two sessions, then an evening "Showcase of
Wines". I skipped dinner, since there was plenty to eat before and
after.

Food:

* 7:30 (conference breakfast): 1 glass orange juice; 1 glass
champagne; 2 slices French toast w/ strawberries & syrup; 1 slice ham;
1 baking powder biscuit w/ a little butter & jelly
* 8:45 -- 11:30 (sessions): ~1 glass wine total; a couple of water
crackers
* 12:00 (conference lunch): shrimp, corn, & tomato soup; ~3 oz. roast
beef; assorted veggies; chocolate layer cake; ~2 glasses wine total
* 2:00 -- 4:30 (sessions): ~1.5 glasses wine total; ~2.5 oz. cheese; a
couple of water crackers {One of the sessions was about wine & cheese
pairing.}
* 8:30 -- 10:00 (Showcase of Wines): ~2 glasses wine total; small
tasting portions of a bunch of different stuff from local restaurants
(and I may forget a couple): mini-roast beef sandwich; shrimp & grits;
rabbit & okra gumbo; lobster bisque; tuna tartare; brownie; chocolate-
dipped strawberry; lemon whip; ~1 oz. cheese

Exercise: None -- though I did climb the 2 flights of stairs every
time I went up to my room.
