IMHO they have to wait until the statute of limitations runs out, so the
diabetics don't all sue their doctors for recommending the old food pyramid for diabetes. |

Fortunately my doctor said it was very bad for an unborn child to have such high bg's. Gotta love my endo. He sees thru the bull****. Kurt |

So in essence, what you are saying yet AGAIN, is that we should blindly follow everything the doctor says without investigating as to whether or not it is bad for US. Real smart. We should just comply no matter if it harms us HUH? Doctors GOOD, never makes mistakes!!! Patients brain dead morons, cannot think for selves!!! Unlike you apparently, some of us actually give a damn about our treatment. You do it your way if you want to. I'll stick with the CORRECT way. -- T2 - Oct. If so, what were the results? If not, why not? Not to my knowledge, nor could I find such a case using Google. Cheers, Alan, T2, Australia. |

A doctor does not have a legal right to ORDER a patient, except in those cases in which a court has declared the patient to be incompetent. On the other hand, the patient has the right to expect the doctor to be at least up-to-date. Unfortunately, using "generally accepted" procedures and advice is considered appropriate practice, even if it does not take into account recent material, or material which goes against the average mind-set. -- This address is for information only.
