Default WI week 2 - Gwen

The week started off really well. I got into the swing of things and was
enjoying the new way of eating, then:-

Last weekend we went to France on a beer run. On the ferry I had a
farmhouse breakfast, I eat it and then felt really low and miserable so I
tried to cheer myself up with a French Strawberry and cream tart amongst
other things like two litres of Cider.

On Monday I got back into the swing of things again.

WI last wednesday 167lbs. WI today 164.5lbs. Very surprised, not deserved.

This weekend I WILL NOT binge.

Thanks for listening

Gwen

Good job. Maybe your body needs to use those extra points to keep losing.

A beer run to France. My gosh, don't it suck to be you! LOLOLOL Take
the loss and run with it to the Good Girl Corner. You got away with
it. Be happy.
