WI week 2 - Gwen
The week started off really well. I got into the swing of things and was
enjoying the new way of eating, then:- Last weekend we went to France on a beer run. On the ferry I had a farmhouse breakfast, I eat it and then felt really low and miserable so I tried to cheer myself up with a French Strawberry and cream tart amongst other things like two litres of Cider. On Monday I got back into the swing of things again. WI last wednesday 167lbs. WI today 164.5lbs. Very surprised, not deserved. This weekend I WILL NOT binge. Thanks for listening Gwen |

Good job. Maybe your body needs to use those extra points to keep losing.
