Well, I am guessing you know it's easier to lose fat when you have
more of it. Once you get down to 11% or 12% (I think), it will be
harder. Until then, it won't affect too much. I'm saying that because
of the good gaines you have made so far. Most people have a "cheat
day" anyways, where they eat and drink anything they want. It works
as a way to "revamp" your metabolism. When you eat a small amout of
calories, your metablolism eventualy slows down, but by eating alot
one day a week, it will speed back up again. I would say if you keep
on losing the fat, don't worry about it. It's not good for you, no,
but you are doing well right now. When you start to slow down on the
gains....you'll know why. You miight want to take the weeknight
drinks out. Have a cheat day, and drink all day long, but only on
that day. Maybe you can start drinking lite beers (Miller Lite, Rock
Green Lite, Coors Lite) if you really can't stop at once. I think all
those beers are good.

If you like beer, and you are in Canada, Labatt Sterling beer os pm;u 2.5g
carbs- 88 calories per 12 oz bottle. 2 WW points per bottle. I indulge
quite a bit and I have lost 21.4 lbs in 8 weeks. So far it isn't setting me
back at all. Once you get used to it, it's pretty good.
