Celery, stuffed with tuna salad.

Mmmm, crunchy things....

Experiment with microwaving pepperoni or salami slices until they're
crispy. Fried cheese takes a little experimenting, too, but if done
right, you can have thin, crispy cheese chips.

Oh my. When I was on WW in law school, I lived on Robert's Veggie Booty,
which is decidedly not low carb, especially when you scarf it down by the
bag! Oh man. I think I have to stay away from that stuff now. Brings back
bad associations!

Small amounts of nuts. Ice cubes - just kiddin'. Celery sticks (with cream
cheese or peanut butter - LC of course)

I'd be careful with nuts on induction, especially peanuts. Once past
induction, the choices get a little better. There are LC chip
alternatives available in the health food stores. These are OK if you
use them in moderation, but you need to be carefull not to wolf down a
bag at a time. The Atkins crunchers are good, even better are the new
Dorito edge chips. I got them a couple times at Walmart, however they
then disappeared. I'd only add these after you have lost a good
portion of the weight you are trying to lose. And certainly in
maintenance they are fine.

Almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts, roasted soy beans. Watch your serving
size though.

I thought nuts were not allowed on induction.
