Default Meal plan and exercise ?

More frequent smaller snacks , or one or 2 bigger meals ?

goddamn exercise, you stop for a couple of months, and you regain an
inch on waist.

Frequent smaller snacks keep a steady blood sugar level which can affect
hunger or cravings for some people. I found a few different mentalities
when it comes to the frequency of meals. Weight lifting types like Bill
Phillips (Body for Life) and even my own trainer who is a former power
lifter tend to advocate more frequent smaller "meals." Dieticians and the
like tend to recommend 3 squares and maybe 2 small snacks. It's very much a
YMMV thing.

Bill Phillips in his BFL book cites *numerous* studies that show the
benefits of frequent smaller meals.

on waist.

Then I'd recommend not stopping for a few months unless medically necessary

It's really a personal preference to most people. But there are several
studies on the benefits of frequent smaller meals. Do a search on 'benefit
frequent meals' and you'll find many sites with information on the subject.
Here are just a couple:

Whatever suits you best? I try to have slow-carb/slow-to-burn-off meals
as much as I can, so that I don't feel hungry in between.
