Default Starting my diet again

This time I'm going to stick with it. I must stick with it. I'm going
to write down what I eat everyday. I'm going to eat healthy foods.

I have to do this. I'm going to lose a little bit of weight. I'm going
to be healthier.

I've been overeating and it has got to stop! Don't try to convince me
not to lose weight. I'm not going to lose a lot of weight anyways so
it's not dangerous for me. I have a high normal BMI right now. I'm in
absolutely no danger. I've never been anorexic and I don't believe I
ever will be anorexic. I purge once a month only. My bulmia is much
better these days.

I need some support for my plan. My plan is to eat about 800 kcal a
day.

Weight: 114.8 lbs BMI: 23.2

What I had today:
1 cup mixed veggies 120
4 tbsp tomato sauce 35
tuna, flavoured 100
tuna, flavoured 140
tuna, flavoured 80
egg 78
1 cup bean medley 260
1 slice cake 328
0.75 cup ice cream 495
---------------------------------------------------
1635 kcal

Mistakes I made today:
I should have stopped at one can of tuna, but I wanted to try all the
flavours. It wasn't even that good. It was so not worth it!

I impulsively ate a slice of cake and ice cream. Ugh! I've have ice
cream 4 days in a row now and cake 2 days in a row! I HAVE to stop
this right now!!! I've gained almost 3 pounds. I have to stop eating
so much!

Default Starting my diet again

Tomorrow's plan:

Oatmeal 180
calcium chew 20
multi-vitamin
can salmon 120
0.5 cup sauteed onions 63
1 cup kidney beans 260
200 g broccoli boiled 70
----------------------------------------------
713 kcal

I must stick to the plan tomorrow. No more ice cream! No more cake! I
must lose weight! I MUST lose weight! I can do this!

Please don't try to convince me to stop losing weight. I'm in no
danger of becoming anorexic. I'm a FATASS! My bulmia is much much
better now. I purge only about once a month. I just want to lose a bit
of weight. I've got to do this! If you don't want to support me,
that's fine. I have to do this to feel better about myself.

Jenny, have you talked to your doctor/counselor about this plan? 800
calories is far too few to maintain health, let alone get healthier. Look
at the names you are calling yourself. How can you possibly feel better
about a person you call such names?! You need to love and protect that
person--then she will be much more likely to become the person you want her
to be. Don't try to do this on your own, Jenny. Talk to your doctor and/or
counselor and get the help you need.

I've told my pdoc about my plan to eat 800 kcal a day. So far she
doesn't seem too worried probably because I have a high normal BMI and
am nowhere near anorexic. Of course she disapproves because it can
lead to compensatory binging behaviour and subsequent purging, but I
think I'm OK as long as I don't binge or purge too much. I'm going to
need a lot of self control, but I can do this.

I think my plan is healthy. On it I get enough protein, calcium, omega
3 fatty acids and fiber. It's much healthier than my current way of
eating cake and ice cream. I know I will be more healthy eating 800
kcal of healthy foods than eating 1600 kcal of crap. I'm going to try
to fit in some exercise as well. I need to lose weight. I have to lose
weight. I want to lose my weight quickly, that is why I choose to eat
800 kcal a day. I feel full and satisfied on 800 kcal, so it is
enough.

Thank-you for your concern, but I'm alright.

Today I had approximately 2098 kcal. It's waaaay too much.

Jenny -- Hey, take it easy! It's not the end of the world if you're
slightly heavier than you think you should be.

What makes you think you should weigh less? And exactly what weight
are you going for?

Also any purging can make the next round easier to do. I've evaluated
people who have developed such a habit that they vomit even when they
don't mean to do so. (In addition, as you might know, there are
problems with acid eating vocal cords, teeth, etc.)

From what I've read about you, you are already at a healthy weight and

what you're approaching is cosmetic. Not that that would be dangerous
for the average person but with your history, this is something to be
wary of.

Teachrmama and I and others are concerned about you and we want you to
be healthy as well at an appropriate weight.

You really should explain everything you're doing to your physician
and see what she/he says. If your PCP says okay, then that's great!

I gotta tell you, I'm going to see my own PCP on Thursday morning and
go over my own recent history. I'm looking -- and expecting -- a
cheering squad and a big thumbs up! Please do the same thing!

Again, we're thinking about you and are wishing for you only the best!

Yours truly,

Caleb and many others

I have a lot of fat, that's why I should lose weight. I'm going for 95
pounds.

If my new diet leads to more purging I will stop.

I don't have a primary care provider. I just have my psychiatrist. I
might have to do this diet AMA, but I really think I'll be alright.

Mike --

I hope you're right, but a lot of people find food extremely
destructive. I don't know her history.

Yours,

I'm not going to post here anymore. Obviously people don't support my
plan and it seems like I only annoy people if I continue posting. I've
found a pro-ana site to post on. I'm getting a lot of support there.

I'm not joking around and I'm not a troll. I know when I'm not
welcomed. Good-Bye. Thanks for your concern. I've found a more
supportive place to post on now.
