Breakfast this morning!
I didn't want oats, so I looked in the fridge;
1/2 cup cooked couscous 5-6 leaves spinach julienned 1/3 cup (or so... I didn't measure) red bell pepper julienned 1 egg Throw the couscous in a bowl, add spinach and pepper on top. My idea was to make the egg over-easy, but the yolk burst on landing in the pan, so scrambled it just lightly so that white and yolk are folded together, but not mixed, but everything is cooked. add salt and pepper to taste. Put egg over everything else, enjoy! It was delicious! -- ***** "It's kinda fun to do the impossible." Walt Disney |

Really? I use whole wheat couscous. Not the regular kind.
