Experiment
Two months ago, I purposely stopped exercising, partly
because I thought I couldn't feel any more improvement after the first several months. With no appreciable change in diet, I not only didn't lose any more weight, but I gained one pound. But, it feels like I gained at least 10. My clothes are tighter and I feel flabbier, not to mention sluggish. Last week, I started up again. Damn was that hard. Won't be doing that again. I also wanted to see if there was any verification of some posters' claims that you don't need to exercise to lose weight. I suppose if I had really cut calories a lot I would have lost some weight, but still would have felt crappy. I'm proud of my ability to get back on track without too much trouble. Marsha/Ohio |

Sometime **** happens and you'll have no choice... |
