Default maintaining weight

Hi I'm Chris from SI
Currently weigh 112 lbs and am 5'3'' I have 3 children and exercise 30 minutes
a day. I need to be under 115 lbs to have a good state of mind. Its just that
simple when I feel heavy, no matter what else is going on, I'm down. Weight
does matter. We all need encouragement. Those trying to lose and those trying
to maintai.
Good luck
