Default Dinner last night, Beef Stroganoff

Made from the recipe at the Atkins.com site, and came out darn good. It was
a little silly to realize that the only Beef Stroganoff I'd ever had in the
past was from the Hamburger Helper box ;-) The "real" stuff is soo much
better!

By the way, if anyone is interested in me posting as I try each recipe, I'd
love to. We're basically working entirely off the Atkins.com menus right now
and each night has been excellent, better than anything I've cooked in the
past! Of course that may be an indictment of my cooking more than a
qualification of the menu ;-)

Two nights ago was Cajun Blackened Tuna, fantastic! This morning I cut up
one of the leftover tuna steaks and made some quite nice tuna fish for lunch
:-)

I think it would be very useful and great fun to read! Please do.

I also appreciate the reviews in the newsgroup of recipes you've tried.
Could you please also include the links to the recipes if you happen
to have gotten them off of a website? That makes it easier for us to
follow your trail.

Thanks,
Rebecca

I'm pretty sure he said it was the Atkins website. Here's the link:

http://atkins.com/food/index.html

I've tried a few, and they're very good, particularly the Chicken
Breasts with Tarragon Cream Sauce.

I like to see what ingredients I've got in the 'fridge, then search the
site for them. It's a great way to find new recipes and use up
leftovers.
