Regardless of which Christmas it is, a temporary job held over the
holidays hardly counts as an indicator of a person's overall "sick
time".

I really don't care about your argument.

You said:
"If you're so good, then why don't you have a full time job?"

and I answered that and only that.

Ahh - I'm the OP. Debbie's only reply is the one under the snip.
And I'm not trying to argue with you. Jaime is just one excuse after
another, either her mom, her ex, her other ex, her whatever, but still
insists on making these outlandish statements. Her world seems very limited
by her own choice. I keep hoping the little light comes on for her, but it
clearly hasn't yet....

If you say so, but I could have sworn it was just over a year ago
(two christmases by now) and she didn't say *which* christmas she'd
had that job. I know she's on public assistance, so I got *why* you
made the comment.

You guys really take the low carb cake. LMFAO.

I never knew my personal finances or life was of such interest
but just to set things straight here goes.......

My mother died December 13 2002.....only a year and a half ago.
Revek was right about my depression. I was severely depressed
for months afterwards. I didn't even get out of bed some days.
Just stayed in the dark and cried and cried or slept. Things are
better now.....not perfect but better.

Why I do not have a full time job? Well for all you guys know I could
have inherited quite a lot of money from my mother's estate and am
living on that now. Whether I did or not is no one's business except
my own but I do have a full time job now. I work in a dollar store
near my home which I just started last month. I just did not find it
necessary to announce it to the world because ever since my breakup
with Mike I prefer to keep a lot of my life private now. It is my way
of never having to get close to anyone again and subsequently getting
hurt like that again by anyone. It is not a pleasant thing to feel
used.

And before you ask....I am home early because my friend's car *died*
so we are postponing our trip until the car gets fixed and we went to
see a movie last night instead. I highly recommend seeing The Lady
Killers with Tom Hanks. Too funny.

Anything else anyone needs to know?

Jaime

Well, Good!.....let us hear about how dependable you are after a year or so
in this job. And if you take sick time, please tell us it isn't problems
with your feet or knees or legs or something other because of your weight
problem.

Di said it and I killfiled her as soon as I saw her *dumbass* post
directed towards me.
I want nothing to do with her as I have never once seen her post
anything supportive nor on topic on the forum.

Jaime, when you say something totally irrational, you can always expect
someone to call you out on it.
