Dropped BMI by 2.6%
I'm a little surprised, I didn't think I was doing very well w/ my weight loss
this past week. After my abominable abdominal episode, I was sure my wt not only didn't drop for the week, it went up. But, as of today I have dropped my BMI by 2.6%! And I feel great, I'm back at the Y working out, my tummy muscles have decided to chill, and my DH is dropping wt. also. I have decided not to take the karate class this time (I have a little to much going on right now) but will start in January. However, DD4yo will be taking a karate class and I will work out while she learns to chop and kick I will be able to watch her take her class while I'm on the treadmill, so this will work out well for us.
