Week 33
So.
I'm still alive, still losing weight, still eating healthy. A little less than 8 pounds from goal; 1.5 pounds per week will see me there. The last few pounds are proving more stubborn to lose but I'll not give up. This past weekend I allowed my photo to be taken while I was wearing a swimsuit! It was a one-piece and for the first time in a very long time I wasn't embarrassed. I even went out onto the front lawn to have the picture made! - Dewolla 268/182.7/175 |

I get a bit nervous when people project their fat loss into the future, though. Don't worry if it takes you a very long time to lose the last few pounds: that thigh fat is VERY stubborn, plus you're probably eating close to your maintenance level by now (which is GOOD, because you've retrained yourself about how much you can eat.) I took a picture about five months ago and haven't bothered to take a new once since then: I've only lost about 5 pounds in all that time! I can't honestly say that I ca the weight loss of a pound a month is painless - it's just happening on its own as I practice maintenance. I guess it helps that I'm below my original goal...
