Default tuna salad tip

I put a "secret ingredient" in my tuna salad. A tsp full of white vinegar.
I know it sounds weird, but it totally sweetens up the taste of tuna salad.
Try it.

Other ingredients I use with the tuna are sweet onions chopped, chopped
celery, salt, pepper, and of course mayo.

You can also use apple cider vinegar which works very well. It also
has, supposedly, some very beneficial health effects.

I'm big into dill in my tuna salad, so I often toss in a chopped dill
pickle and a little of the pickle juice.

Way macho that way!

I do like the sweet onions, celery and mayo though. The crunch and
creaminess are a nice mouth feel, and the flavor of the tuna is awesome.

Pile it up on a Wasa cracker... sourdough Rye flavor. Yummy.

Something quick and easy is to just add in some relish. It will really
perk it up too.

I love pickle juice in it. I like chicken salad also, with celery and
onion.

I miss bread with tuna and chicken salad, or crackers. I know, bummer.
I find it hard to just eat it plain. I like it OK with salad.

look for the new LOW CARB breads, or pile it high on a WASA cracker!
