Default Chicken Salad help

Hi there,
Don't know about the amounts, etc., for what you're making but I'm
picky about my chicken/tuna salads and the one I finally found that
has enough "zip" for me I add red pepper, red onion, and the dressing
has mayo, balsamic vinigar (usually for one big cut up chicken breast
I put 1/2 cup mayo and 2 tbsp vinigar but I like a lot of seasoning),
salt and pepper. It has the touch of sweetness to it and the 'zip'.

Hope that helps.
Tam
